SingStar Rocks for Playstation 2! Makes the living room tremble!

The biker boots and the leather jacket are already ready for many SingStar fans to cut a good rocker figure on the local stage at the next performance. Because Sony Computer Entertainment Germany (SCED) is really stirring up the SingStar community with SingStar Rocks for Playstation 2 and the national and international rock hits of this new compilation.

This time SCED has put together a compilation of the best rock hits. Performers with their equally well-known songs, such as Offspring's "Self Esteem", Juli's "The Perfect Wave", Nirvana's "Come As You Are", Blur's "Song 2", The Rolling Stones' "Paint It Black" and many more more, bringing solid rock to PlayStation. 

We will rock you!
With a total of 30 songs, the ambitious rockers have enough material to practice because the virtual jury is as tough as ever and has no mercy when it comes to awarding their points. Anyone who hits the wrong note, misses the beginning or shows no sense of tact will receive the reward for their lack of practice after the singing interlude. Thanks to the original videos and the good selection of titles, all of which are listenable, boredom cannot arise. 

The party fun!

Many additional features do the rest to guarantee fun at a SingStar party. In party mode, guests can sing against each other. This is also about speed; because as soon as the color on the television monitor changes, the singer whose microphone matches the color on the screen has to step in.

The duet mode is also great fun for a total of four singers. Here songs are singed along. And if you prefer to train your vocal cords in a quiet room, you can also practice with the freestyle mode first. Here the jury does not deduct any points for insufficient performance. 

Impressive DVD quality

Special microphones (not included in the scope of delivery) are simply connected to the PlayStation 2 and every player can already demonstrate their singing skills. When singing, the original music videos of the star interpreters run in impressive DVD quality. The different game modes ensure that SingStar Rocks! quickly became the real star at parties.

Whether team competitions, duet, battle against each other (different multiplayer modes) or career mode, SingStar Rocks! stands for fun in the family or with friends. And if you want to take things a little more relaxed, you can simply play the music videos on the DVD. 

Even more fun with EyeToy

The special highlight of the game: the player can be projected directly onto the television using the EyeToy camera (not included in the scope of delivery). EyeToy captures it with a USB web camera and transfers it directly to the virtual world on the home screen. The player is literally drawn into the center of the game and sees himself on the screen. The camera is simply positioned on the TV and is immediately ready for use when connected to the PS2.
